Information Regarding Paper Submission

The HVDC 2018 cordially invites you to submit abstracts for oral and poster presentations. All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the committee and assigned to appropriate session. The HVDC 2018 is looking forward to the enthusiastic participation of global scholars from various research fields.


Abstract submission guidelines

  • Abstract MUST be submitted online through the 2018 HVDC website by July 31, 2018.
  • Abstract MUST be written in English ONLY.
  • The total length of the abstratct is over 300 words or more, please submit a one page.
  • Please input your abstract into online submission program.
  • Acknowledgement of your abstract submission will be sent to the presenting/corresponding authors’ email addresses.
  • The request of withdrawal should be submitted through e-mail (



Prepare a Paper

  • Please choose one of paper types.
  • Authors are required to electronically submit fully-formatted manuscript(s) OR presentation material(s) in the PPT or PDF form by October 10, 2018.
  • After the Abstract is approved, Please submit the paper through our e-mail. (

Make an Advanced Registration
